Wages
Fabrication/Harvest and Shipping Area:
- Starting Wage $12.10
- Grade Pays + base rate:

| Level 3 $22.35 | Level 2 $18.35 |
| Level 1 $14.85 | Base Rate $13.85 |
- Starting Wage $13.65 + .40cent shift differential
Overtime
40 hours in any one week or +8 hours in one day are paid rate of 1-1/2 times their hourly rate.
Paid Vacations
*After 1 yr service = 1 week
*After 3 yrs service = 2 weeks
*After 10 yrs service = 3 weeks
*After 20 yrs service = 4 weeks
*After 25 yrs service = 5 weeks
*Non-Probationary employees have 8 paid holidays
Benefits:
*Effective after 1st of month after 5 months
