Benefits Summary (Production Employees)
You have an opportunity to become part of a competitive benefits plan. All regular full-time employees will become eligible for the health/prescription, dental and vision insurance the first of the month following 90 calendar days following date of hire.

Health Coverage
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MN is medical insurance provider
- PPO In-Network 90/10 after deductible met
- Out of Network 60/40 after deductible met
- Deductibles: $300 Single/$600 Family
- Out of Pocket Maximum In-Network: $2000 Individual/$4000 Family
- Preventative care coverage 100%
- Prenatal 100% coverage after deductible if enrolled in Healthy Start Prenatal support; otherwise 90% coverage
Prescription Drug Coverage
- Express Scripts is our prescription drug provider
- Competitive 30 day supply with minimum and maximum copay's:
- 25% coinsurance
- Generic $10 minimum; $25 maximum
- Preferred Brand $20 minimum; $60 maximum
- Non-Preferred brand $50 minimum; $100 maximum
- Competitive 90 day supply with a minimum and maximum copay:
- 25% co insurance
- Generic $20 minimum; $50 maximum
- Preferred Brand $40 minimum; $120 maximum
- Non-Preferred brand $100 minimum; $200 maximum
Dental Coverage
- Delta Dental is our dental provider
- No annual deductible
- 100% coverage for diagnostic & preventive dental care; 80% coverage for basic services & 50% major services (all in-network coverage’s)
Orthodontics are covered at 50% with a lifetime maximum of $2500.00 in-network.
Vision Coverage
- VSP is our provider
- We offer a vision plan 100% employee paid
Short Term Disability
- $275.00 per week
- Eligible after the 1st of the month following completion of 5 months of employment
- Pay begins 1st day of accident and 4th day of illness. Begins from 1st day visit/treatment by physician
- Maximum 18 week benefit
Life & Accidental Death Insurance
- $10,000.00 Life
- $10,000 Accidental Death and Dismemberment
401(K)
- Employees are eligible to participate in the Cargill Investment Plan
- 401K with a match. Match is 100% up to 3%.
