Schuyler Beef Operations is a leading processor and distributor of fresh beef and is committed to providing great-tasting meat to our customers and consumers around the world.
The Schuyler plant was established in 1968. Schuyler has 2,000 people employed and is 850,000 square feet. The plant processes 4,800 head of cattle per day. Figures listed below are the number of pounds of beef the Schuyler plant produces daily:
- 2.7 million pounds of fabrication and offal products
- 1 million pounds of rendering products
- 300,000 pounds of hides
