Overtime
Any hours worked over 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day is paid at time and a half.
Paid Vacations
*After 1 yr service = 1 week
*After 3 yrs service = 2 weeks
*After 10 yrs service = 3 weeks
*After 20 yrs service = 4 weeks
*Non-Probationary employees have 8 paid holidays
