Information Center

Overtime

40 hours in any one week or +8 hours in one day are paid rate of 1-1/2 times their hourly rate.

Paid Vacations

*After 1 yr service = 1 week
*After 3 yrs service = 2 weeks
*After 10 yrs service = 3 weeks
*After 20 yrs service = 4 weeks
*After 25 yrs service = 5 weeks

*Non-Probationary employees have 8 paid holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • Labor Day
  • 2 Personal Holidays

Benefits:

Effective after first of month after five months of employment
